NY PA Route

My brother and I will be touring this summer and we are looking for some assistance for a route going South out of Elmira, NY to Mifflinburg, PA.  Prefer fairly direct, scenic and no monster climbs.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

It's going to be pretty difficult to get there without climbing much.  I'm from the Elmira area and it's pretty hilly south of there.  However, most back roads in the Southern Tier of New York and Pennsylvannia are pretty nice for cycling.  Shouldn't be hard to find a low-traffic route.
