Albany to Boston

My wife, daughters and I will cross Massachusetts from West to East
this month (July) self-supported.  If you have route suggestions for
paved roads with low traffic and lots of campgrounds, please reply.  We
need to arrive in Boston so that we can take the ferry to Provincetown.  
Also, if anyone can tell me where to buy either the old or new edition
of Rubel Central Mass. I would appreciate it!  I have the others.

For those that have not seen one, the Rubel maps are the Gold Standard for cycling maps. Rubel publishes 4 maps that cover Massachusetts.
