I can't find the exact location of the campground near Palo Verde. It
says it is two miles south of the town in a dried out lagoon.  Where is it
exactly?

The center of town is the intersection of 2nd St and SR-78. Go 2.2 miles south on SR 78 and look to your left. Google Maps shows its entrance here. N33.40042 W114.72618 (WGS 84) on your GPS.
