Vancouver, BC to Bend, OR

I'd like to make a trip from Vancouver, BC to Bend, OR.  I'd like to stop in Seattle and Portland too.  I've never been to the northwest.  I've seen the Pacific Coast Trail, and that looks like it will get me from Vancouver to Seattle, but where can I find some good info to get me from Seattle to Portland and Bend?

I'd be flying from Anchorage to Vancouver and from Eugene back to Anchorage at the end.

one option for the Seattle to Portland leg is to follow the route of the Seattle to Portland Bicycle Ride. You can check the route at www.cascade.org., the web site of the Cascade Bicycle Club.  Also, if you log into this Cascade site and post your question on their forums you will receive many responses. Also, the Portland Wheelmen bike club has a similar forum for questions which should help for your ride to Bend.

Thanks for the links!  I'm stoked, I finally gathered all the parts for my Surly LHT and will be building it up this weekend.  I also received my shiny new yellow Ortliebs (from Wayne at TheTouringStore.com) yesterday.  I can't wait to get them covered in road grime.
