See ACA Cyclist mag. 1/08 "Route Verte" shows the Gaspe.
We drove the entire Gaspe in and did see cyclist along the "Route Verte".
We did not see cyclist past  Mont-Joli. on Rte #132 along the Seaway.
Forillon Parc is worth the trip.

I see where half of the Gaspe is part of Route Verde, what did you think of the other half?  Is it ok for biking?  I have been around Lake Superior (actually all the Great Lakes) and know that shoulders can be hard to come by, but I am wondering about places to eat, sleep, etc.  do the small fishing villages have accomodations?  And do you think I could reasonably do 75 miles a day, which is about what I usually average.

Thanks,

Paul

Here are photos of one of the smaller hills. You'll be up and down a quite
few of them in a day.
