petit train du nord

A couple of friends and I are going to be riding the petit train du nord, which goes from St. Jerome, Quebec, to Mont Laurier, Quebec. It's longer than we can do in the 2 days we have. Has anyone done this route and can recommend/describe the different areas of it?

Would you consider doing a portion of it? If so go to www.transportduparclineaire.com.  They operate a shuttle which will drop you and your bike off at selected points along the route and then you can ride back to St Jerome.
I'll be able to tell you all about it after Aug 11.  I plan to ride the entire trail in 2 1/2 days.  
Enjoy the trail, it's highly recommended
