Planning to use the NCT Rails to Trails from Chiefland to Cross City.  Does anyone know if the trail extends from Cross City to Hanes and on to Clara on the 51? It looks like it goes that far on GE but is it ridable on touring bike?

I was just looking at trails in Florida the other day on the internet. If you google bicycle and nature trails in Florida, you will come up with information, including maps and descriptions. They show where in the state they are located, and they give close-up details and maps of the trails themselves.

I rode the Nature Coast Trail last year on my way out to Utah. It was the same as ever - Chiefland to Cross City and no further. From Cross City I rode the familiar boring US19 to the KOA in Perry then on to US90 and westward.
