Cape Cod to Philly ?

Are there any good routes from Province Town , Cape Cod to Philadelphia , Pennsyvania ?It seems ACA ignores most of the east coast . I am thinking of taking a train to Boston in June and riding back to Philly .I don't need completely carless roads just bridges I can get across .I want to go through Rhode Island and Connecticut and try to pick up the ACA spur from New york , New York to Philly .Let me know your thoughts and it would be great if I could incorperate some of your ideas in my trip .

Get the Rubels bike maps for Ma.  I have some cues for RI & MA that I used.  I can get you my cues from Springfield MA dto NYC via back roads & rail trails.
