File Types for Garmin

After I extract the data files from the zip, I do not see an .mps file for Garmin.  All I get are *.rte, *.gps, and *.wpt.  I have thus far unzipped the UR and TA routes.  Does anyone know where the mps files can be found?

Hi AFM,

I just downloaded both and found all four file types for each section: .gpx, .mps, .rte, and .wpt. Take another look and repeat the download if you don't see .mps.

Alternatively, you can open the .gpx file in MapSource. It contains the same data.
