Prescription Sunglasses

After many years of being happy with "clip-on" polarized sunglasses over my regular glasses, I'm now finding that my eyes need more protection from the wind and dust of the road.
What experiences, good or bad, have folks had with prescription inserts for those high-tech wrap-around bike sunglasses?  Feel free to mention specific models!

I've been using Rudy Project´s Perception model for almost a year now. So far, so good. So much so, that I use them any time, even out of the bike. They are of the wrap around design, but not too exaggerated or too trendy. The sun glasses mounted over the prescription lenses can flip up, so they are very convenient when riding through sun and shade patches (early morning...)

  I have the Bolle model with their prescription inserts, and interchangable gold and grey lenses. No complaints. They are nicer than the normal prescription lenses because they wrap around more and protect you from blowing dirt and crap, especially while you are descending or it's windy.

Myself, I just wear my regular bifocals.  They are the transition lenses that darken when it's bright out.

I didn't have a problem with dust in the eye, even when headwind or descending

I've never used the inserts and always ridden with many regular prescription glasses and sunglasses.  However, frame type has a big influence on how much protection they provide.  A "closed bridge" is essential to keep the wind from bothering my eyes.  Frames with an open bridges and nosepads leak air.  Closed bridge frames aren't easy to find as they aren't as "fashionable" but they can be found and work well.

I'm on my thrid season with Rudy Project Graal FYOLS.

This is a wrap around frame with swappable lenses.  I have three sets, one blue (like the frame), one orange, and one clear.  

I was very skeptical that they would be able to make my RX in a wrap around lense.  I'm -4.75/2.00 in one eye and -4.25/1.00 in the other.  I got them from in-spex http://www.in-spex.com/home/index.html.  Eye doctors who ride bikes too.  I dealt with Jim.  Jim was confident he could make the lense and if it didn't work, no charge.  Jim was true to his word and I've been very pleased with the set.
