I wish.  My spine is not flexible enough. However, with aero bars you might not be so stable at low touring speeds and you may be looking at too much asphalt.

Be easier to answer if you clarified the question.  Aero bars for what use?

Loaded touring?
Light touring?
Credit card touring?
Mountains and hills forever?
Flat as a lake but windy?

Thus, the answer is yes and no depending on what the question really is.

No on any bike that is not intended for extreme distances, double centuries and up, or for time trials.

I'll keep my light, handlebar bag, and computer, and leave the aerobars for time trials.
