Cross State on Road Bike

I'm attempting my first long distance trek in mid-June. The plan is Friday Harbor, WA to Coeur d'Alene, ID.  I have a Flet 70 road bike and do not own any other gear.  For a 3 - 4 day trip, what would people suggest for equipment....bare bones.  I will not try to cook and I may or may not camp....I'm leaning towards 2 days under the stars and 1 day in a hotel.  Thoughts, brands, what to do and not do is apprceiated.  bb
