Michigan bicycle road work

MDOT announced a widening of the shoulders from m-247 and m-13 in bay county all the way to Standish and m-23 to the Iosco county line . This will be great going along the east side of the state . A 4 million dollar project .

Fred here, hope they have it done by mid June as I will be going up 23.   HA! HA!

I see now they are also doing about 20 miles in the thumb area . I tried to find a start date but no luck .
