discounted Katy Trail Ride registration available

My son is part of a Delaware group that has been training for the Katy Ride this June. Unfortunately, he broke his wrist in a biking accident and is unable to use his registration. The ride organizers will not refund our fee, since it is past the deadline, but they have told us that we can transfer his registration to someone else if we get them the person's info by Tuesday, May 28. The original fee was $360, but we are asking $275. This would include everything that is included in the original registration with the exception of the souvenir shirt, since they cannot change the size that has been ordered.
