Survey on Bicycle Commuting for a Class Project

Hello all. My name is Will, and I have joined your forum because I have a class project. The project is to write a survey, and get 100 samples, then write a paper based on the survey results. Being a cyclist myself, I decided to make my survey cycling related, specifically collecting info on people who use their bicycles as transport.

So if you would be so kind as to oblige me and fill it out, the survey is very short, and my grade is depending upon it. Thank you

Okay, done did it. That was sure short and mostly easy. (except I hate questions that ask to pick the one best answer when I evenly could pick 3 answers)
