WANTED: Cannondale Touring Bike

Hello Fellow Cyclists--

Our touring bikes were stolen in Rhode Island shortly before moving back to California, so my girlfriend and I are looking to replace them and get back on the road. (I've given up getting them back...but if you happen upon a pair of people in New England riding a Cannondale T500 and a Novara Randonee, kindly tear their legs off.)

I'm looking to buy in very good condition (preferably with the original documentation):

Cannondale Touring Bicycle: T800, T1000, T2000, or Touring 1 (T1)

Size: Medium (~52cm/~21in)

I'm willing to pay a fair price based on year, model, and wear. For comparison, I just bought a virtually unridden 2007 T2000 (original MSRP $1600) for $850.

I'd prefer to pay using PayPal, but cash is doable, too.

I'd also prefer to buy something close enough to check out in person--I'm in San Francisco and am willing to drive a ways--but with the right photos I'd consider having something shipped.

If the time has come when you'd prefer to have a bit more money than your touring bike, hopefully we can help each other out!

FYI: I found a second bike! An engineer for Specialized sold me his old commuter bike--a 2000 Cannondale T2000--for $550.

Hey josh sorry to hear about your bike. I have a bike T1000 and I can provide you that bike for $500. I bought it last year. As its a second hand bike for you but its condition is very good. I wanted to sale it because I have bought a new one last month. So, if you want then do reply me.
