How to find the best Bike Clubs in Utah

I am starting a Bicycle Tour across the U.S in a couple of weeks and i am moving back home to Provo from Kentucky and to stay in shape and to keep up with my speed i am wondering where i can find the best websites or people to talk to about a well organized bike club?

Because training in Utah will be much different with all the huge mountains and cars trying to run you off the road. I know a few roads in Springville Utah but any  advise or any hints to any bike clubs will be helpful.

I don't have any specifics but I have found in my limited Utah experience that their drivers are pretty courteous compared to here in Louisville where I live.  I am really envious of your move!
