I purchased this rack because of its high weight capacity and great reviews I read online.
This is the Non-Disk Brake 26 inch wheel version. It retails for $120, I'm asking 80 plus whatever shipping costs are to get it to you.

It is basically brand new.

Why am I selling it? I purchased it for a mountain bike I was building up, then the frame of my mountain bike broke. I don't have the desire to build up a mountain bike at this time, plus I'm trying to clear out my bike clutter. This rack has been on only one ride. It's good as new.

This rack is great for bikes that don't have eyelets for a rear rack. It mounts on the bosses for the V-brake.

Here is the description from the website:
The Sherpa Rear offers the same versatility as the Cold Springs in a minimalist package. Popular for its lack of a load-stop at the front, you can pack it's top shelf with those extra long items (tents, baguettes, etc...).

Also, I emailed the guy at Old Man Mountain about putting this rack on a bike with disc brakes.  He said that you would just have to flex the rack a little wider for it to fit.  He said if you didn't mind doing that it would work just fine for a bike with disc brakes.
