Natchez Trace?

Anyone have experience biking the Nathcez Trace from Nashville, TN to Natchez, MS?  Any thoughts or suggestions?

i rode it in july 08, i'm from the south and the heat and humidity was bad that time of year, i knew better. a good ride, little traffic for the most part.

I also rode the Trace north to south several years ago, during the summer.  Didn't find the heat repressive.  It was an enjoyable ride; the parkway makes cycling a joy instead of dealing with speeding traffic.  It didn't quite have the 'wow' factor of some other rides I've done, but still glad I did it.
