I have a Surly LHT with touring bars, rear rack, fenders, 62 cm, and Brooks Flyer Special Seat. I have had the bike for about a year with very little kilometers on it. I have a neck problem and am unable to ride it anymore. It's  Truckicino colour. I live in Toronto and am willing to ship wherever. Asking $1500.00 Canadian or best offer. After contacting Eric I have discovered this bike has long since been sold.
