Colorado Bicycle Ban -Link

Not knowing the area or the town, does this affect any ACA routes?  Sounds like an illegal ban if they are closing federal highways with a town ordinance that is federally funded...

I doubt that they have to be federally funded.  Doesn't CO have the same law most states do that says the cyclists have the same rights and responsibilities on the road that a motorist has?  If they do, then if the town is saying the cyclists doesn't have a right to ride there at all, they are going against state law.
