Converting Coleman Camping Stove to Fuel Burning?
« on: July 17, 2010, 08:19:28 am »
I know that you can take a fuel burning stove and convert it to propane burning one but can you do it the other way? Can I take my propane stove and convert it to use the white gas? It was just given to me and I want to use it but all of my lanterns take the white gas and I do not want to buy propane and white gas? Also in your opinion which is better? I am going camping for a week and probably cooking 2 meals a day on it. Would I need tons of the little propane tanks?

Don't do this conversion.  You don't have the skill set to do this.

If you want a white gas stove, you should go out and buy one.
