Hygiene

While on a extended bicycle tour, hiking the deep backcountry, or paddling down a river miles from nowhere hygiene  can be a important boost.  I have found a few techniques that work for me. You can read more at;

I use my own Shower in a Bottle.  Put it in a Misto bottle or some other oil mister.  I have found the Misto bottles to be more long-lived than any generic version.  And the recipe is even safer to use near the water supply than biodegradable soap.  One full bottle will last months of daily use.
