There is currently construction on parts of Dulaney Valley Road and Loch Raven Rd.  When heading southbound, there will be signs on Dulaney Valley Rd for a detour that eventually hooked us back up to a part of Loch Raven Rd that is not under construction.

The detour brings you onto Manor Rd.  There may be a more direct route by staying on Manor, then picking up the detour signs, but we followed the detour signs, so I wouldn't be able to help with those directions, but thought it was worth mentioning if someone wanted to be most efficient.
