Need Good Route from Berea Ky to The natch Trace in Nashville tenn so i can start there and head south to the end   Sorry about the spelling Thanks All Ron

Contact the KY and TN bike/ped coordinators. State bike coordinators have a wealth of information that they can distribute for no charge. Almost every state publishes a bicycle map that they will send out for free....and while the maps aren't as detailed as ours, they generally offer suggested roads for cycling through their state. Some states, such as Wisconsin, have outstanding information, while other states are much simpler. But every little piece of information can help. I lived 20 years in Tupelo MS and although the Natchez Trace is beautiful, it's not appropriate for cylists.  It's narrow and has no shoulder.

I rode part of the Natchez Trace in 2005 and thought it was a good and safe cycling road. It does not have shoulders but is restricted to no commercial vehicles and I believe a 50mph speed limit. Sorry I can't help with your route question.
