I know three people who purchased bikes from Smiley at R+E Cycles in Seattle, Wa. They love their bikes. Considering, they offer 18 stock sizes and $100 for customize frames, they put a premium on getting the fit right. Not knowing your dimensions, hard to tell, how to advise, but I can say wit certainty, you will found a frame that will and fit should be one of paramount importance.
