in the town of Lloyd Ulster county NY - both CR12 and the Hudson Valley Rail Trail are still closed as of 04-03-11 - as per Ralph Diaz of the Hudson Valley RT association construction of the new arch bridge should be completed next month - this is the good news,however the bad news: work on another arch bridge on the same county road over an undeveloped section of the same RT will be next - as per the recent addendum the ACR uses the entire open RT from the west end of the Walkway Over The Hudson SP to CR 15 then onto CR 12 over the undeveloped section of the RT via the old darch bridge that will be removed next
