Due to increased flooding and collapsing levees, parts of the Lewis & Clark route in Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas are not accessible. We know that Hamburg, Iowa, Atchison, Kansas and the Steamboat Trace specifically have been affected. To keep tabs on the situation, please check the individual state Department of Transportation websites. Links to those sites are listed here:

Once you arrive at the site, look for links to Travel Advisories or 5-1-1 information.
