the brackets are pictured on the 2 row down 4th to the left the bracket on the right has the number 9B4 printed in white on the upper left corner next to the tightenning bolt opposite the bolt that actually attaches the cage itself to the bracket

This site, while informative and helpful, has been through various stages of decay and revival. Even thought it was updated Feb.2011, I'd say your chances of finding the mfr in the UK are less than good.

returns a blank error page. The product does not seem to be available any longer.

Waterbottle cages are available all over the place.  He's looking for adapters to mount a cage where the bike does not have screw holes for it.

I was Cabela's this weekend looking for fluorescent orange stuff to adapt to my recumbent and to buy some fudge. The firearms section has dozens of precision mounting rings for scopes onto rifles. If you knew the exact diameter of your tubing, you could spend US$50-100 for a pair of elegantly machined loops that you might or moght not be able to hang a bottle cage to.

I'm with the other guy, bktourer, go to an auto parts shop and get a selection of stainless steel hose clamps. Inelegant but efficient and cheap.
