MSR Carbon Reflex 3

Has anyone used this tent before? I've had a hubba, and a
hubba hubba. I'm a big guy and still felt cramped in the hh. The Carbon Reflex 3 only weighs 1oz more than the hubba hubba, yet has the same pack size. The foot print for the CR3 will add 4oz more than the footprint for the hh.
The CR3 has carbon fiber poles which msr says are stronger than the aluminum ones. The CR3 is also 6'' taller and has nearly 3 times the inner space as the hh. Of course the CR3 costs $300 more than the hh!
But at virtually the same weight and pack size the added space appeals to me. What do you guys think?

it's 11 sq ft larger.  I don't think that computes to 3 times larger.  It's a nice tent but I don't know many people that have one. there are many other tents that can fit the bill for a hell of a lot less bucks.  Since on a bike you can get away with a heavier tent than an UL backpacker.  Check out campmor, backcountry.com rei etc...   Still a nice tent, just pricey

The space I was talking about was inside volume, not floor space. I think the CR3 has 124 cubic feet and the hh 43. That is nearly three times the space. Thanks for your reply.

Byron,  I use a CR1 as well as a Hubba and am pleased with both, although the CR1 is NOT freestanding like the Hubba is.  Sometimes I have missed this feature - for example when being able to camp under a pavillion on the floor, in a parking lot, or on a slab of rock in the wilds. 
If you feel that the gain in space is important to you, then I wouldn't hesitate to buy the CR3. I justify my tent expenditures by figuring what I can "theoretically" save on motel costs if I'm comfortable and happy in my tent.

Thanks for your reply Susan. I was surprised to see that the CR1 and CR2 neither was free standing. I'm guessing that the carbon fiber poles don't work in the "hubs" that the h and the hh use in the pole system.
I broke down and ordered the CR3 yesterday. I know I won't be happy until I have tried it, so I just went for it.

Wow the CR3 is huge! I put It up in my living room and crawled in. All kinds of head room, and I can move around easily inside. At only an extra 5 ounces over the hh including the footprint, I'm tickled! Not feeling so cramped will be nice especially on days you decide to stay put.
