biking Belize

I'm thinking about biking from Belize City, Belize to Placencia (or maybe further) this December. Does any one have any pointers? Also, what was the camping situation like? Thanks!

Go over to CrazyGuy and search on Belize.  Several have toured through Belize and most have camped.
