Southern Tier March and April 2012

I'm planning an unsupported ride West-East on the southern tier starting from San Diego on March 1, 2012.  I plan to end in Jacksonville, FL by April 30.  I was wondering who I might meet on the ride going either direction.  If you're going to be on the route let me know.  I look forward to meeting you.

I did the TransAm East to West last year traveling from Yorktown, Va to Seaside, OR and had a great time meeting other riders.  I wrote about the trip on CGOB.

Hello Mapman,

I'll be starting from St Augustine and heading west, on 18th March. I'll be riding the ST as far as Tempe Arizona, and then turning north, so our paths should cross somewhere along the way.

I'll be close to the finish line in San Diego around the beginning of March.  Leaving St. Augustine on January 11th.  If you are interested, my blog will be becksbiketrip.blogspot.com   I'm doing the ride to raise money for a non-profit, Executives Without Borders.  Hope to see you on the ride!

I am a solo rider leaving San Diego around March 1st as well.  My trip is starting in San Francisco around Feb 20-23, I will ride south to San Diego then head east. I plan on Following the Southern Tier.  My plans are still up in the air for an exact departure date so these dates are tentative.    I will be camping the entire way and stealth camping if needed.

I will be heading east from the north west phoenix area I am planning on leaving around March 1st and I am going as far as El Paso Texas.

I will be leaving El Paso around the 20th of February and traveling west to Mesa AZ.

Not sure which of us you were asking...  I wouldn't mind company, but I plan to camp, stay with hosts, and maybe get a room once in a while.  Leaving San Diego Feb 11.
